appurtenances may benefit the premises. In the State of
Florida, records are recorded in the Registry of Deeds and probate
court in the county where the land is located.

Closing services include the
preparation of documents for the purpose of finalizing residential and
commercial sale and finance agreements in accordance with the
requirements of financial institutions and the parties. Closing
services also include acting as escrow agent and disbursement of
